Delivery timing can vary during peak periods or carrier delays. We currently ship within the United States. Your tracking number will be emailed after shipment.
Returns & support
Eligible return requests can be submitted within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Email info@scaleshowroom.com for approval and instructions before returning anything. You can also cancel unfulfilled items up until fulfillment by contacting us with your order number.
