Shipping is free to US addresses. Allow 1–2 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 3–7 business days for standard shipping. Delivery timing can vary during peak periods or carrier delays. We currently ship within the United States. Your tracking number will be emailed after shipment.
Returns & support
Eligible return requests can be submitted within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Email info@scaleshowroom.com for approval and instructions before returning anything. You can also cancel unfulfilled items up until fulfillment by contacting us with your order number.
For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us promptly with your order number and, where possible, photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. We cover approved return shipping for confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items.
